Celebrating 77th
Republic Day
Whitehall School,
Lamachaur celebrated Republic Day on 26th January with fervor and enthusiasm.
The programme began with a prayer and pledge, followed by an impressive NCC
drill. The National Flag was unfurled followed by the National Anthem. This
moment was highlighted by a drone that flew gracefully across the sky,
showering flower petals, creating a breathtaking and patriotic atmosphere.
The air was filled with
patriotism and pride as it resonated with patriotic songs, proudly sung by the
students and teachers. The Inter-House March Past was a spectacular sight, made
even more special by a remote-control plane flying overhead, symbolizing unity,
discipline, and progress.
Students actively
participated in Inter-House Poem Recitation, Mass Drill, and Dance Competition.
The performance by the junior Primrose Block students added charm and innocence
to the celebration.
The School Captain
delivered an inspiring speech, motivating students.
The programme concluded
with an inspiring speech by the Principal, Ms. Nina Manral, emphasizing the
values of the Constitution, national unity, and integrity.
