Healthy
Food V/S Junk Food Activity
As a part of our
health and nutrition awareness program, we conducted an engaging activity
focused on distinguishing between healthy and junk food. Two cartoon-themed
boxes were prepared — one labeled Healthy Food and the other Junk Food — and
placed in the activity area.
A variety of food
items, both healthy (such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts) and junk (such as
chips, soda, and candy), were displayed. Students actively participated by
identifying each food item and placing it in the appropriate box. This hands-on
activity not only made learning fun but also helped students better understand
the impact of food choices on their health.
The activity concluded
successfully with enthusiastic participation and a lively discussion about
making healthier eating decisions in daily life.
